BIDDEFORD, MAINE - Ryan Shea (Andover, Mass.) of the Roger Williams University Men's Cross Country team was honored as the Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Week for the championship week of October 24th through October 30th, it was announced by the conference offices on Monday.
